The staff is the company valuable assets. That’s why the company social policy directs to create the favourable atmosphere in a team in whole and at every working place in particular.Exactly the success of every team member leads “Tauras-Fenix” to the leading position in the field. The success depends on both modern technologies implementation and using of efficient management strategy. Its base is the solidarity felling which the company staff has aside from age and profession in tendency to the mutual goal – build of European level company.
Personnel policy
In December 2002 “Fundamentals of ZAO Tauras-Fenix Personnel policy” were entered. They are the basic documents in the personnel management because the personnel professionalism and labour satisfaction are the basis for the company prosperity.
The Social Commission works to decide the issues of non-production company activity within the social program. In 2003 Housing programme became effective.
At the plant new favourable working conditions have been created and high cleanness level is kept. In 2002 according to higher quality standards the change of working clothes for the all employees was realized. The personnel are provided with hot meals. The rest and preventive treatment of the staff are given much attention. In 2003 medical and fitness centers were opened as well as in 2010 Aqua center was opened and personnel have great discounts in it.
The joint celebration of New Year, lotteries, Father Christmas gifts for children, community work day at the beginning of spring, flowers for every woman at the 8th of March, valuable gifts for the Best Employees at the company birthday, hall of fame, corporate newspaper “Company means Me” publishing have become our traditions.
